Custom Products

All Skate Good Club jerseys, scrim tops, helmet covers, armbands, and other custom products are made to your specifications. This includes custom team designs, names, numbers, colours, and sizing options.

As a result, these products are exempt from the EU 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, which applies to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.

Once production has started, custom products cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged simply because you have changed your mind.

Before You Order

Please carefully review:

• Your chosen size

• Name spelling and number selections

• Shipping address

• Any other customisation details

Unfortunately, we cannot replace or refund products where incorrect information was provided during ordering.

Changes to Your Order

If production has not yet started, we may be able to make changes to your order. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@skategoodclub.com and we will do our best to help.

When We Will Replace Your Product

We will always make things right if there is a problem caused by us.

This includes:

• Manufacturing defects

• Incorrect sizing produced compared with the size ordered

• Printing errors made by our production team

• Incorrect items received

Normal Wear and Tear

Roller derby is a demanding sport and some wear and tear is expected through regular use. We cannot offer replacements for damage caused by normal use, accidents, crashes, or general wear and tear.
