How to order:
Measure your bicep:Measure around the fullest part of your relaxed bicep, roughly centered between your elbow and shoulder.
Select your size: For the best fit, select an armband size that is slightly smaller than your actual bicep measurement. Roller derby armbands are made from stretch elastic and are designed to fit snugly so they stay in place during gameplay.
